Lease With William Kitchen, October 1, 1757
This memorandum on the back of the lease notes that Kitchen sold his interest in this land to Mary Fergusson on October 15, 1772. Mason writes that his agreement with Fergusson was appended to a previous lease agreement with Joshua Fergusson, suggesting that Mary was Joshua's widow or heir.
