DESCRIPTION:Calling all little adventurers! \nStrap on your explorer boots and join us for Nature Thursdays! This program runs on the first Thursday of every month at 10:30 AM. \nYour preschool-aged ecologists will join Gunston Educators for a themed storytime and a nature hike to traverse the woods and waterways on the Grounds of Gunston Hall. Exploratory activities will help preschoolers gain essential skills including preschool readiness\, respect for our environment\, gross- and fine-motor refinement\, self-expression and more! \nEach monthly session will explore a different theme related to exploring the natural world around us. The program features a storytime\, followed by a guided nature hike and a related learning activity.  \nThis program runs rain or shine\, so please practice outdoor preparedness and dress for the weather! \nTickets\nAdult: $10\nSenior: $8\nChildren 6-18:  $5\nChildren 5 and under Complimentary \nAdvance registration is preferred.
