DESCRIPTION:Calling all little adventurers! \nStrap on your explorer boots and join us for Nature Thursdays! This program runs on the first Thursday of every month at 10:30 AM.\n\nYour preschool-aged ecologists will join Gunston Educators for a themed storytime and a nature hike to traverse the woods and waterways on the Grounds of Gunston Hall. Exploratory activities will help preschoolers gain essential skills including preschool readiness\, respect for our environment\, gross- and fine-motor refinement\, self expression and more!\n\nEach monthly session will explore a different a theme related to exploring the natural world around us. The program features a storytime\, followed by a guided nature hike and a related learning activity. Check out the themes for the next few months below!\n\nThis program runs rain or shine\, so please practice outdoor preparedness and dress for the weather!\n\n\n\n\n\nOctober \n\n\nSky \n\n\n\n\nNovember \n\n\nTrees \n\n\n\n\nDecember \n\n\nWinter \n\n\n\n\nTickets\n\nAdvance registration is preferred.\nAdult: $10\nSenior: $8\nChildren 6-18:  $5\nChildren 5 and under: Complimentary\nMembers receive complimentary admission.

DESCRIPTION:Get ready to read\, learn\, and stand up! \nCalling all our fledgling scholars to join us for Storytime Saturdays! This program runs on the third Saturday of every month at 10:30 AM.\n\nPreschool aged learners are invited to join Gunston Hall Educators for a themed storytime. Our crafts and activities will help our young citizens gain essential skills including preschool readiness\, gross- and fine-motor refinement\, self-expression and more!\n\nEach monthly session will explore a different a theme that will help our fledgling scholars learn citizenship skills and about being part of a group.
