Philip Halsey Patchin

     Latin American correspondent for the New York Sun. V.P. Standard Oil Co. Philip was born at Des Moines, Ia, on 11 September 1884. He married Mary Wallace Mason at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, Washington, D.C., on 29 December 1909.¹ Philip died on 29 November 1954 at San Mateo, Ca., at age 70.²
