Robert Horner Tyler

He was a Capt. in the Confederate Army and was taken
prisoner while visiting at his brother-in-law's plantation "Mt. Airy".
Robert Horner Tyler was riding over the plantation with Henry Tayloe when
they saw a group of soldiers in the distance riding toward them and
mistakenly thought they were Confederate soldiers. As they got closer
they realized their mistake to late and Robert Horner was taken prisoner
and taken to Governor's Island. (This told to Dottie West by Edmonia Nicholas
