Francis W. Carroll

     Francis W. Carroll was born on 16 April 1919. He married Mary Regina Wilkinson, daughter of Joseph Percenette Wilkinson and Eleanor Jamison Wells, on 26 June 1948 at St. John's Regis Catholic Church, Hollywood, Md.. Francis W. Carroll died on 9 December 1996 at Frederick, Md., at age 77.¹
