Join us for a special edition of our annual Summer Saturdays, celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States. Each all-day program features a civics-focused theme that connects history to today—exploring George Mason’s ideas and what it means to be American during this semi-quincentennial year.
Enjoy hands-on crafts, games, and activities for all ages, along with snacks, music, and community partners throughout the day.

Close out summer 2026 with Gunston Hall as we play 250th-themed trivia! There will be 6 rounds total, split from 10am-noon, and again from 1-3pm. When you’re not competing in the questions, try out historic games and activities designed for all ages.
